reservations
We recommend booking your appointments prior to your arrival by calling Guest Services at 847.599.5100. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card.

It is our service standard to cater to every guest’s needs and desires as much as possible. If you have any special requests, please let our Guest Services team know when booking your appointment.

This website’s book online feature allows you to send an email to Guest Services for an appointment and receive confirmation within 24-hours.

can’t make it? running late?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment, canceling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a fee assessed at the full value of the missed appointment and your credit card will be charged. When you reserve an appointment with us, we reserve a technician’s time and make that time slot exclusively yours. If you arrive late to your appointment you can either have your service in the time remaining or reschedule. If you choose to have your service in the time remaining, you will be charged the full service fee. If you choose to reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the original reserved service fee.

We suggest arriving 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in, change, shower and enjoy our steam room and relaxation lounge. All guests participating in spa services must complete a consultation form.

For the sanctity of our spa environment, we ask that you please leave your cell phones and electronic devices off and use a soft voice.

wondering what to wear?
We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing and do not bring your jewelry or valuables to the spa. A spa robe and slippers will be provided for your treatment. You may prefer to disrobe fully for your treatment, as our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort. endulge day spa and boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

male or female?
When making your reservations, please state any preferences you may have for male or female therapists. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability. Please let your therapist know if you have any physical or mental conditions they should be aware of for your well–being.

for the mama–to–be…
We have taken great strides in designing our spa offerings for pregnancy. Our products and protocols are both safe and effective. However, if you elect to partake in services outside of our maternity offerings, we suggest avoiding treatments using heat and deep pressure. The expectant mother can receive the majority of our services with minor changes to the treatment. Please inform us so that the appropriate modifications can be made.

how young are you?
Guests must be 18 years of age to receive our spa services unless otherwise noted in our spa menu. We do offer special services and events for teens and children (age 4–12); children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

forms of payment
We accept Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and Travelers Checks. Personal checks are not accepted.

what about gratuities?
Tipping is up to the discretion of each guest. The industry average is 15%–20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. For your convenience you can leave a gratuity on your credit card, if so desired. Our team of Service Providers greatly appreciates your generosity. An automatic gratuity of 18% will be assessed for parties of four or more.

refunds and exchanges
Refunds are only given in the form of store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept product returns that have been more than half used, otherwise we will be glad to issue you a store credit. Clothing and accessory items may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.

gift cards
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances on a gift card. Gift cards are non–refundable, but they are transferable.
